Healthy Spice

Healthy Spice

From our angel on earth, Dr. Anju Usman (-Jane)

2 tsp turmeric
3 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix well in a bowl, then place in a spice container.

Sprinkles on vegetables with sea salt and ghee.  Easy! Delicious!  Healthy!
